The staff here was really nice and I have absolutely no complaints. the room was super clean, had smoke detectors for safety, and boasted amazing views of the town. Plus, the bathroom facilities were spacious 💫.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly large and nice bathroom. The location was great, only a short tram ride away from the city center, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety to make it even better.

Impersonal and inattententive. Restaurant staff initially allocated us a table at the end of a corridor in a bizarre location, near toilets. Breakfast was under-caterred with no bacon, sausages or sufficient milk on both days we breakfasred. Pleasant wairtesses seemed overwhelmed and management absent.

did not feel like a 4 star hotel. We were disappointed to find out that our room was in a building across the street from the main hotel/bar/restaurant. The room had a very modest setting. The storage space in the room is ok for a short stay for a pax of 4 but could not imagine our stuff fitting in for an entire ski week. There was only one english channel on tv. The bathroom did not have toiletries sets for guests (shampoo, shower cap, etc.) - only soap dispensers mounted on the wall. Lack of hotel related info in English. The room smelled of smoke despite the 'non-smoking' sign on the door.

Great location near Ambras park and castle, with easy access to the city center by tram. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Free parking for those traveling by car.

Felt so well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at a charming Austrian hotel for a couple of nights and it was a delightful experience. The hotel had a genuine Bavarian feel to it, with beautifully decorated rooms that were clean and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the girl who checked me in. She not only made the process smooth but also gave me fantastic recommendations for hiking trails in the area. I also have to give a special shoutout to the waiter, who was in his mid-twenties, as he was incredibly knowledgeable about their home brewed beer and had a great sense of humor. The attention to detail and care shown by the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and I loved the welcome cards provided which allowed me to use public transport throughout my entire stay. The hotel also introduced me to the "Innsbruck" card, which was incredibly useful. Lastly, having a free sauna available on different floors of the building was a wonderful bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious options. The rooms were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also had great amenities like a spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed a rejuvenating sauna experience. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

That one of the staff members seemed a bit occupied during breakfast time. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate on arrival.The travel instructions referred to street names which were not obviously marked.

The venue had a unique charm, friendly and attentive staff who catered to individuals in wheelchairs, a room offering a picturesque mountain view, and a fantastic restaurant with exceptional food.

I had such a pleasant stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Tyrol. The rooms were beautifully decorated in the local Bavarian style, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bathroom even had a luxurious rain shower. Despite a minor issue with some odd dust in the room, I was able to enjoy a comfortable night's sleep with the window open. Though the hotel was located a bit out of the way, there was a convenient bus stop right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely ambiance and excellent service.

Typical Austrian hotel, close to Ambras castle, 30 mins walk to town.

The room was very hot and stuffy and very noisy. Both nights we stayed there were tour groups in, obviously as a big hotel it is ideal for this type of traveller, however for a mature couple it did not suit.
